Edulzugar® inverted sugar syrup

Edulzugar® is a highly pure inverted sugar syrup with various fructose, glucose and sucrose concentrations. It is attained from sucrose hydrolysis giving rise to a product with more sweetening power than regular sugar (sucrose), high solid concentrations and low water activity.
1.3 to 1.4 times more sweetening power than sucrose.
Being the only of its kind, this outstanding sweetener is especially suitable for ice creams, bakery and confectionery products. Coming from natural sugar, Edulzugar® inverted sugar syrup is sweeter, offers better moisture retaining properties and is less prone to crystallization. It retains freshness naturally, boosts texture evenly and improves both food color and flavor.
